Despite a busy schedule, he made the effort to come over immediately to assess the situation and then on the next non-raining evening to address the issue. We would give Perdigon Roofing 6 stars if possible! The owner, Colin, was easy to work with and went out of his way to do things right...including some extras. The cleanup was great and his initial proposal included what we needed as well as options that would be helpful for a continued good roof. We took them all! Colin was extremely easy to work with He is very thorough, responsive and proactive. He came out to do an inspection and give us an estimate the same day I contacted him. I felt he was very straight forward about photographing any issues he saw with our roof and gutters and providing us a variety of options, at difference cost levels, to address our issues We will absolutely be using him again in the future.

I called Colin to get an estimate on resealing a deck on our second floor. He was available in just a few days to come take a look and he followed up with a written estimate same day. Colin completed the work on time and on budget. He was fair, honest and genuinely cared about delivering a great quality product. After 40 years, my roof needed to be replaced. I contacted Perdigon Roofing and was very impressed by Colin’s knowledge, communication skills and integrity. I had them do the work and I’m very happy with it. There were a few minor hiccups along the way and Colin was very responsive and handled them very quickly and well. I recommend them highly.

Colin is so dependable, trustworthy, and provides great quality. He is a trusted member of the community himself and genuinely cares that the neighborhood is taken care of. He came quickly to solve our crumbling chimney issue and tarped it before it could be repaired so that water wouldn't come and do damage underneath when we got heavy rain. That was a courtesy that could have cost us thousands more. I look forward to having our roof replaced by Perdigon soon.
